Custom Grip Orders — Production & Cancellation Policy

Custom grips are made specifically for you, built to your chosen colours, materials, and wheel model. Because each set is produced to order, the manufacturing process begins shortly after purchase.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed. Custom grips are made to your exact specifications and cannot be easily resold, reworked, or returned to stock, which is why cancellation is not possible once the build has begun.

If you need to update any details (colour, finish, wheel model, etc.), please contact us before production starts. After this point, the order is locked in and will proceed through the full build process.

This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and consistent turnaround times while allowing us to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship on every custom grip set.
