Shipping policy
Pineapple Grips is a small company and we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Where goods are in stock and on the shelf, we can normally ship the same or next day. During shortages of material or a back up on 3D printing production there may be extra delays. We will always strive to keep you updated on your order.
We ship our products worldwide. If your country is not listed during checkout please do not hesitate to contact us and we will add it if possible.
The shop should provide shipping options automatically at checkout, if it does not please contact us as we will be able to ship to you but may need to work out a price manually.
NOTE: All shipping times shown are ONCE we ship, NOT from when you order. We custom make grips to order. Current waiting time is provided at the top of the home page.
All shipping times shown are guidelines only, Royal Mail, Fedex/UPS cannot guarantee these times with the services that we offer you (due to Customs processing variations country to country).
Orders are shipped with tracking. We email every customer with tracking details. Customers are responsible for tracking their own order, as it is impossible for us to do this on every order. Any returned orders to us can be re-sent but customers are responsible for paying the re-send postage and packing cost (this is the same postage and packing cost when the original order was placed). If a customer declines to pay the re-posting and package costs then the order will be refunded (less the original postage and packing costs, any pre-paid import fees paid and additional non-refundable payment transaction fees.)
For some remote locations we may be forced to use a different courier. If you need any more information about shipping, please ask.
