ALWAYS TAKE YOUR TIME WHEN CARRYING OUT THE FOLLOWING. IF IN ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE PROCEDURE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US.

Tools Required + USB Conversion Kit Parts

· Torx Wrench Keys : T10 (3mm) and T15

(4mm). If you do not have these you can

purchase these from our shop for £7

(£5 if ordered with the colour kit).

· Allen Key: 4mm A/F

· Cloth or soft area (to protect and rest

   your steering wheel on).

· USB Conversion Kit (including the 5-off

  M5 x 16mm Long Socket Cap Head

  Screws)

· Small container to keep all your

  removed screws etc safe.

Removing the Paddles (step 1)

Tools Required + USB Conversion Kit Parts

·  Place the Wheel carefully face down

onto your soft surface (or cloth).

·  Remove the paddle by unscrewing the

   retained M3 screw using a T10 (3mm)

   Torx Wrench Key.

·  IMPORTANT! Try to keep the Torx

Wrench Key away from the paddle

magnet (as it easily scratches the

   magnet surface)

 · Make sure your Torx Wrench Key is a

good fit as these screws may be tight

the first time of loosening. A poor fitting

Torx Wrench Key can result in you

rounding the hole on the top of the

   screw head.

 · Repeat for the other paddle.

Removing the Grips (step 2)

Tools Required + USB Conversion Kit Parts

Removing the Screws from the Rear of the Wheel (step 3)

· Remove the four M4 x 10mm long

Countersunk Head Torx Screws from the

grip using a T15 (4mm) Torx Wrench Key.

·  If using your own Torx Wrench Key,

make sure the fit is good as these

screws may be tight the first time of

loosening. A poor fitting Torx Wrench

Key can result in you rounding the hole

on the top of the screw head.

 · Repeat for the other grip.

· Remove the fourteen screws from the

rear of the wheel using a T15 (4mm) Torx

  Wrench Key.

· If using your own Torx Wrench Key,

make sure the fit is good as these

screws may be tight the first time of

loosening. A poor fitting Torx Wrench

Key can result in you rounding the hole

on the top of the screw head.

Disconnect the Molex Cable from the PCB (step 4)

Removing the Screws from the Rear of the Wheel (step 3)

Disconnect the Molex Cable from the PCB (step 4)

· Gently pull the two casing halves of

the wheel apart (not too far as the cable

connection will have a limited length).

· Carefully unplug the molex connector

  from the PCB.

Removing the Quick Release Assembly (step 5)

Removing the Screws from the Rear of the Wheel (step 3)

Disconnect the Molex Cable from the PCB (step 4)

· Undo the four M5 x 16mm Long Socket

Head Cap Screws from inside the rear

wheel housing, using a 4mm Allen Key.

· These will be very tight to loosen as they

will be thread lock on them, so make

sure your Allen Key is a good fit .

A poor fitting Allen Key can

result in you rounding the hole on the

   top of the screw head.

· Its now time to finally add your specific

connection system that allows you to

use the wheel with your wheelbase of

  choice.

· The conversion kit allows attaching

either a 70mm hole pattern Quick

Release or spacer or the SC2 wheel side

QR.  The holes on the conversion are all

threaded so if using a threaded QR like

the AccuForce, Moza, Simmagic or NRG

  you will need an adapter.

· In the example shown we are attaching a

  SC2 Quick Release System.
