SHIPPING POLICY

Pineapple Grips is a small company and we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible.  Where goods are in stock and on the shelf, we can normally ship the same or next day.  During shortages of material or a back up on 3D printing production there may be extra delays. We will always strive to keep you updated on your order. 

We ship our products worldwide. If your country is not listed during checkout please do not hesitate to contact  us and we will add it if possible.  

The shop should provide shipping options automatically at checkout, if it does not please contact us as we will be able to ship to you but may need to work out a price manually.

For some remote locations we may be forced to use a different courier.  If you need any more information about shipping, please ask.


 

Please be aware that you may need to pay import taxes, customs, or other taxes and fees once the package reaches the border of your country, depending on the policy of your local customs office. The customs clearance process has to be done on the customer's side.

 DUE TO EXTREMELY POOR PERFORMANCE CONSISTENTLY FROM ITALIAN CUSTOMS WE HAVE REMOVED OUR ROYAL MAIL POSTAL SERVICE (AS WE WERE EXPERIENCING UPTO 12 WEEKS DELAYS FOR CUSTOMS PROCESSING)

WE HAVE REPLACED THIS WITH A FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SERVICE. THIS TYPICALLY TAKES UPTO 3 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE FROM SHIPPING, AS LIKE MOST CIURIER SERVICES, CUSTOMS IS FAST TRACKED. 

A MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICE BUT FOR COUNTRIES LIKE ITALY, GIVES OUR CUSTOMERS A FAR MORE RELIABLE OPTION.
