If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Pineapple Grips, accessible from https://pineapplegrips.co.uk
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Refund Due to Loss, Theft or Severely Delayed Order (due to Customs)
All of our parcels are sent by Royal Mail using (where possible) their insured and basic tracking service. In the unlikely event your parcel fails to arrive due to being lost, stolen or being stuck in your country's customs system, we can begin the process of refunding you. You then have the option to re-order again.
How the refunding system works:
1) For us to claim Royal Mail Compensation, the order has to be missing for 25 working days from the date it was shipped by Pineapple Grips (you can find this date on the tracking link and reference we originally sent you)
2) Once it has been 25 working days, we will apply for the refund online with Royal Mail. This can take up to 90 days before a refund is issued (In practice, this normally occurs within a few weeks).
3) Once we receive the refund from Royal Mail, we then immediately refund you. You then have the option to re-order if you wish.
***VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE*** We do not instantly issue you a refund if an order has been missing for 25 working days. The reason is, sometimes the order arrives whilst the compensation application is being reviewed by Royal Mail. Obviously Royal Mail would then reject our claim and you would have both a full refund and your grips. As you can appreciate this would not be fair on all the parties involved, hence we have to wait for Royal Mail's refund before we can issue it to you so please be understanding during this process.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will be reimbursed the full amount less any non-refundable fees*.
*PayPal charge a small non-refundable fee
*Credit Card Transactions (Square) charge a small non-refundable fee (API 2.5%+£0.25p)

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original internal packaging (the outer packaging is not essential as its not re-usable but please ensure the items are well protected for their return in whatever outer packaging you decide to use.
- The Goods are in perfect re-sellable condition (no marks or damage)
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
