warranty Policy

We are a small company but try to make all of our products to the highest standards, but from time to time things do go wrong so we are happy to offer the following warranty terms.

We will cover both new and re-covered grips for 30 days from shipping for any obvious defects on our side.  New grips are covered by warranty on all parts, 3D prints, fixings and material, re-covered grips are covered by warranty for material defects only. 

As you will be aware the material does naturally wear out over time from use (Alcantara® more than faux leather) so general wear and tear is not covered.

When providing a re-covered service on all grips go through a pre-inspection. Any defects on found on the grips (broken or snapped off parts, worn inner threads etc) will be emailed to you prior to starting any work.

We reserve the right to offer warranty after the above time scales as good will. It is always worth contacting us if you have a problem, we will always try and help.
