We are a small company but try to make all of our products to the highest standards, but from time to time things do go wrong so we are happy to offer the following warranty terms.
We will cover both new and re-covered grips for 6 months from the shipping date for any obvious defects on our side. New grips are covered by warranty on all parts, 3D prints, fixings and material. Re-covered grips are covered by warranty for material defects only.
As you will be aware the material does naturally wear out over time from use (Alcantara® more than real and faux leather) so general wear and tear is not covered.
For the re-covered grip service, all grips we receive go through pre-inspection. Any defects on found on the grips (broken or snapped off parts, worn inner threads etc) will be emailed to you prior to starting any work.
If you experience any issues with your grips during the warranty period, we’ll review them for repair or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
- For up to two defective halves, we’ll usually send replacements without needing the faulty parts back.
- If three or four halves (a full set) are affected, we’ll ask you to return them so we can carry out a full inspection.
- If the 3D-printed grips are fine but the covering material is defective, we’ll simply replace the covering to reduce waste.
We’ll always do our best to make the process as smooth as possible, though in some situations we may need to handle things a little differently.
Even if your grips are outside the standard warranty period, please do not hesitate to reach out. We'll always do our best to help and, where possible, may still be able to offer support or replacement.
