SHIPPING POLICY
Pineapple Grips is a small company and we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Where goods are in stock and on the shelf, we can normally ship the same or next day. During shortages of material or a back up on 3D printing production there may be extra delays. We will always strive to keep you updated on your order.
We ship our products worldwide. If your country is not listed during checkout please do not hesitate to contact us and we will add it if possible.
The shop should provide shipping options automatically at checkout, if it does not please contact us as we will be able to ship to you but may need to work out a price manually.
NOTE: All shipping times shown are ONCE we ship, NOT from when you order. We custom make grips to order. Current waiting time is provided at the top of the home page.
All shipping times shown are guidelines only, Royal Mail, Fedex/UPS cannot guarantee these times with the services that we offer you (due to Customs processing variations country to country).
For some remote locations we may be forced to use a different courier. If you need any more information about shipping, please ask.
IMPORT COSTS
Please be aware that you may need to pay import taxes, customs, or other taxes and fees once the package reaches the border of your country, depending on the policy of your local customs office. The customs clearance process has to be done on the customer's side.

WE HAVE REPLACED THIS WITH A FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY SERVICE. THIS TYPICALLY TAKES UPTO 3 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE SHIPPED, AS LIKE MOST COURIER SERVICES, CUSTOMS IS FAST TRACKED.
A MORE EXPENSIVE SERVICE BUT FOR COUNTRIES LIKE ITALY, GIVES OUR CUSTOMERS A FAR MORE RELIABLE OPTION.

We do not charge VAT on any of our products. For Import Duty details see below:
(1) UK Customers do not pay VAT.
(2) USA Customers pay 10% import tariff + £0.50 customs handling fee. This is to be paid separately to Pineapple Grips BEFORE shipping (we email you a payment link).
(3) EU & THE REST OF THE WORLD Customers pay around 20% import tariff + customs admin fee (varies country to country)
