Welcome to PineappleGrips. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

1. About Us

Pineapple Grips is an independent manufacturer and seller of third-party compatible grips for sim racing steering wheels. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). All products are custom-made and designed to be compatible with specified models.

2. Product Information

All grips are 3D printed using PLA and finished with various fabric options. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in finish and colour may occur.

3. Orders

All orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Square. All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

7. Warranty

Our products come with a 6 months warranty covering material or manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect installation.

8. Compatibility

While our products are designed to be compatible with specific OEM wheels, Pineapple Grips is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or use with unsupported hardware.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, product descriptions, and design elements on this site, are the property of Pineapple Grips and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer and reside elsewhere, you may be entitled to the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
